Meet this late 1970s beauty, a dreamy Act I New York treasure. Cotton fabric with a lovely off-white lace collar for a doll-like look. Soft but dark and effortlessly elegant. Light shoulderpads for the perfect late 70s, coming into the 80s era. Zipper is in perfect working condition. Sleeves are adorned with a little matching lace trim. The waist can be cinched in by the straps.
