This is a longer version of The Chaplet of the Miraculous Medal developed after the 1830 apparitions of Our Lady to St. Catherine Labouré in Paris. It has 6 separators instead of the regular 4. A Miraculous Medal instead of a crucifix at the end. This rosary also got adopted and intrudes after Our Lady of Tears appeared to Sister Amalia of the Scourged Jesus in Campinas, Brazil on March 8, 1930.
The beads are made of pressed glass, on the Medal is the text ''durch deine göttliche bewahre die welt vor der sanftmut, o gefesselter jesus, ihr drohenden verirrung'' - ''Through your divine grace, preserve the world from gentleness, O bound Jesus, from its threatening error''.
