A double-ended French rosary associated with Notre-Dame de Paris, designed with two devotional terminals, each ending in a crucifix. These were sometimes called rosaires à double croix or processional / confraternity rosaries. The two strings allowed a group prayer or processions, a symbolic pairing (often Christ + Marian devotion).
