This is a very special rosary, if you find a Spina Christi beads rosary with the folding crucifix, it most of the time has lost the earthly relic inside or there is very little left. This one still contains a lot plus there are a lot of beautiful extra medals added. The biggest medal shows the Blessed Virgin Mary with Christ, both holding rosaries. The other side is the icon of Saint Dominic.
