Miniature New Testament, printed by Eyre & Spottiswoode, printers to the King's Most Excellent Majesty For the Scottish Bible Society. Printed during King Edward VII's reign (1901–1910). At 10 cm tall, this is a Ruby 48mo edition. "Ruby" refers to the tiny typeface, while 48mo is the miniature book format. These were intended to fit comfortably in a jacket pocket or handbag. Gilded letters on the cover in an Art Nouveau font.
