Beautiful victorian framed fan, made from parchment paper and cow bone. The fan itself is made between 1870 and 1900. Hand-painted flower details with aquarel or ganache paint. When framed in this gorgeous fabric and leather bound frame, they added extra details to the flowers with gold leaf, silver leaf and bronze powder.
